Tarah Bertzyk, MPAS, PA-C
Physician Assistant Tarah Bertzyk is a nationally certified physician assistant specializing in Family Medicine. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Health Care Management from the University of Northern Colorado. She then earned a Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of North Texas Health Science Center, Fort Worth, Texas. Ms. Bertzyk is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, Ms. Bertzyk is proud to have been enlisted active duty in the United States Air Force. In her spare time Ms. Bertzyk enjoys riding horses and outdoor activities with her husband, James, and children, Madison and Mason. |
Brent Gooden
Family Nurse Practioner Received his Family Nurse Practioner degree from the University of Kentucky, in 1997.
Sigma Theta Tau-Nursing Honor Society. Extensive experience in Family Medicine, Urgent Care, and Emergency Medicine. Board certified as FNP through American Nurse’s Credentialing Center and the Texas Board of Nurse Examiner’s. Has held certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Happily married with 2 children. Interest include: storm chasing, sports, and spending time with family. |
